Sponsorship Opportunities
In December 2017, HL7 will combine its Partners in Interoperability meeting with the FHIR Applications Roundtable for the most memorable event of the year. Innovators, architects, business analysts and senior decision makers from the clinician, biopharma and value-base care communities will convene at Louisiana State University for 1.5 days to share their interoperability pain points during the Partners in Interoperability event and to witness quick demonstrations of dozens of the many innovative FHIR enabled solutions available or under development at the 1.5 day FHIR Applications Roundtable.
This combined event presents a unique sponsorship opportunity for companies wishing to connect with the participants to more fully explain their FHIR capabilities or to discuss special topics of interest to the attendees. Gold sponsorships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis; silver sponsorships will be selected by the event planning team. To reserve a sponsorship or for more information, please contact Karen Van Hentenryck at karenvan@hl7.org.
Who will Attend:
Partners: Over two hundred of the top innovators, architects, business analysts and senior decision makers from the value-based care, biopharma and clinician communities. Previous attendees included Regenstrief, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, IBM Watson and more.
Roundtable: Over 300 solution seekers and implementers looking to leverage HL7's FHIR standard. Previous participants and attendees have included Duke, IBM Watson and more.

Examples of incentives offered at other successful industry solution sessions include Visa gift cards, Starbucks gift cards, tablets, iPods, Fitbits, etc. Gold sponsors may provide two sessions on the same topic or two sessions on different topics. Sessions will be followed by a break of approximately 10 minutes to allow attendees to move from one sponsor room to another as desired. NOTE: These are not marketing sessions, but sessions of interest to participants that may demonstrate your company's expertise. HL7 must approve the proposed topics.
Thank you for your continued support of HL7 International as you consider these HL7 sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorships will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
