General InformationHow Do I Register?Register OnlineOnline registration is available until the end of the day E.T. on December 6. For your convenience, you can pay via credit card directly on the website, or print the registration form and mail it with payment. Mail the completed registration form (along with credit card information or a check payable to Health Level Seven International in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank ONLY) to the following address:
FaxYou may fax registration and credit card information to: +1 (734) 677-6622. Advance Registration/PaymentAdvance registrations MUST include payment. Registrations received without payment will not be processed until the time that payment is received and will be charged the Standard Rate. On-site RegistrationOn-site registrations will be accepted December 5-7, 2017. Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Cancellation/Refund PolicyPrepaid registrants who cancel prior to November 3, 2017 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. After that date, no refunds will be given.
