explanation	`0..1`	`Explanation` Reasons why a vaccine was or was not administered.
identifier	`0..*`	`List<Identifier>` A unique identifier assigned to this immunization record.
location	`0..1`	`Reference` The service delivery location where the vaccine administration occurred.
lotNumber	`0..1`	`String` Lot number of the vaccine product.
manufacturer	`0..1`	`Reference` Name of vaccine manufacturer.
notGiven	`1..1`	`Boolean` Indicates if the vaccination was or was not given.

patient	`1..1`	`Reference` The patient who either received or did not receive the immunization.
practitioner	`0..*`	`List<Practitioner>` Indicates who or what performed the event.
primarySource	`1..1`	`Boolean` An indication that the content of the record is based on information from the person who administered the vaccine. This reflects the context under which the data was originally recorded.
reaction	`0..*`	`List<Reaction>` Categorical data indicating that an adverse event is associated in time to an immunization.
