General Information

The event has reached maximum capacity at the venue and we are not able to accept onsite registrations. Unless you have a confirmed registration, you will not be admitted. This includes those who have not cleared the wait list. We appreciate your interest and look forward to you joining our HL7 FHIR DevDays 2019.

How Do I Register?

Register Online

Important note: If you have not attended an HL7 meeting before, or are not a member of HL7 International, you will need to create a username and password prior to registering for the HL7 FHIR DevDays meeting. Once your account is created you will be able to complete your meeting registration.

Online registration is available until the end of the day E.T. on June 15. For your convenience, you can pay via credit card directly on the website, or print the registration form and either fax it to +1-734-677-6622 or mail check payable to "Health Level Seven International" to:

Student Registration

HL7 FHIR DevDays has limited access for students. Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. There is no cost for students to participate in the Wednesday events, but students wishing to extend their participation will be charged a daily fee. Early Bird Registration

Registrations and payment must reach us by the end of the day E.T. on May 18 to receive the special Early Bird rate.

Advance Registration/Payment

For your convenience, you can pay via a credit card directly from the site or print the registration form and mail it along with payment. Advance registrations MUST include payment. No balance dues will be accepted and registrations received without payment will not be processed until the time that payment is received. Registrations received with payment by the Early Bird deadline will receive the early bird discount. Registrations where payment is not received by then will require the full registration fee. Advance registrations will be accepted until June 15, 2018.

On-site Registration

The event has reached maximum capacity at the venue, so on-site registrations will not be accepted. If you show up the day of the event, you will be turned away.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Prepaid registrants who cancel prior to May 18, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. After that date, no refunds will be given.
