HL7 EHR-S FM R2.1 Functional Profile: Problem-Oriented Health Record (POHR) for Problem List Management (PLM), Edition 1

DESCRIPTION

The POHR FP project identifies relevant functions and conformance criteria from HL7/ISO 10781, EHR-S FM Release 2.1, modifying and adding to those functions and conformance criteria where appropriate. Release 1 focuses on Problem List Management, the problem list being the central component of a POHR. The POHR concept is a standard for organizing data in medical records, paper or electronic, not limited to specific care settings, domains, or jurisdictions. The POHR FP is a Functional Domain Profile.
