HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: Reportability Response, Release 1, STU Release 1.1 - US Realm

DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this implementation guide (IG) is to specify a standard for a response document for a public health electronic Initial Case Report (HL7 eICR v1.1) using HL7 Version 3 Clinical Document Architecture (CDA), Release 2 format. Through the Reportability Response, public health seeks to support bidirectional communication with clinical care for reportable conditions in CDA format—an interoperable, industry-standard format.
