DESCRIPTION

This revision of the initial topic extends the existing messaging for Order and Administration to cover Institutional settings. Since the 1st normative ballot of January 2013, numerous editorial fixes have been applied, some narrative sections have been expanded or clarified, missing diagrams have been restored, and related links updated.
