DESCRIPTION
The implementation guide defines the mechanisms, resources, profiles and extensions required to exchange Member Attribution Lists. The Member Attribution Lists enable providers and payer organization to validate enrollment in Value-Based Care (VBC) programs and support reporting requirements and payment reconciliation.
