1. Co-chair election: Because of a lack of a quorum (no current co-chairs in attendance), the election was postponed by the TSC chair
        until the Atlanta meeting in September, 2007.

2. Informal discussion of Arden Syntax: Because of a lack of a quorum, no actions were taken. The meeting
        was adjourned before quarter 2.
