Description | The scope of this project is to provide the specific elements of the SAIF CD-compliant governance infrastructure that will be used to govern the ongoing operation and evolution of a product-line-partitioned HL7 Architecture. The ArB is currently tasked with developing a target 'future HL7 Business Architecture Model (BAM)' based on the principles product lines; the separation of governance, management and methodology processes, responsibilities, authorities, and deliverables; and compliance with SAIF CD Governance Framework constructs, and the TSC is responsible for filling the governance role in achieving that go-forward architecture. As the HL7 BAM is developed and as part of implementation of the business architecture, the TSC must develop governance Precepts and their associated Processes, People/Roles and Metrics for governance of the architecture (both implementation of the architecture as well as ongoing operation of the architecture). The TSC will work in conjunction with the Hl7 Architecture Program (management) and the ArB (methodology) to define the risk-focused Governance Points for which Precepts et al will be defined. As such, the TSC will close the Risk Assessment project (project insight 901). |
