September 2011 Ballot Cycle
Project Scope Statements (required for new projects) are due 5/29/2011, midnight eastern time (us).
In Addition, Current Ballot Cycle Information Forms are due.
Notifications of Intent to Ballot must be completed by 6/26/2011, midnight eastern time (us).

Notification of Intent to Ballot
When announced, Headquarters requires specific information in preparation for a ballot
cycle well in advanced of the actual cycle start. The Notification of Intent to Ballot form is now online. Instructions for this new form are here: NIB Instructions. (Hint: right-click and select Save Target as to save this PDF to your local computer.)

Work Group Current Ballot Cycle Information Request
Beginning with the January 2007 Ballot Cycle, WGs are now requested to complete the
Work Group Current Ballot Cycle (CBC) Information form.
This online form, which usually takes under 5 mintues to complete, provides preliminary information on a work group's choices
regarding WG intentions for actively balloting projects and the result of ballot documents for previous ballot cycles.
Forms should need to be completed before the New Project Scope Submission deadline (5/29/2011).
